The formulation centers on Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, which is rich in ricinoleic acid and acts as an emollient-humectant hybrid. It utilizes Behentrimonium Methosulfate (BTMS) to deposit conditioning agents via electrostatic attraction, reducing hair friction and surface static without the weight of traditional waxes.
Because this is a concentrated lipid-based product, it is most effective when applied directly to hair mid-lengths and ends under warm water. This process helps melt the outer layer for even distribution. To prevent long-term lipid buildup, a weekly clarifying wash is recommended to reset the hair cuticle and maintain optimal hair texture.
